      Just reading this cookbook makes me homesick as I read about the dishes that remind me of my beautiful Panama. Ceviche, Fried Plantains, Chicheme, Arroz con Pollo, Empanadas and the list goes on.The only thing that keeps this book from being a FIVE STAR book is the lack of photographs. Because I know the cuisine, I know what to expect, but someone who has not eaten Panamanian food may not be tempted to try something without a picture.I love the explanation of the diversity of flavors in Panamani [...]
